It’s a nice, spacious cottage, but the owners seem extremely stressed about any noise, indoors or outside. Music is forbidden, and you’re not allowed to stand out front after 10 pm. What kind of place is that, summer camp? There were also problems with the hot water.

A comfortable, well-equipped cottage that works well for a group countryside break. At night, guests are asked to keep completely quiet out of respect for the neighbors.

The common areas were clean enough, and there’s private parking near the cottage. The food is simple, home-style cooking. You can hear some highway noise outside, though the soundproofing does its job.

We were a group of 30 and received a very warm welcome. The manager was friendly and accommodating, the cottage was clean and well equipped, and both breakfast and meals were very good.

The place is high quality without being pretentious, and we had a great family weekend. The owners are fantastic. The neighbors, though, are unpleasant and comment as soon as the kids bring out a ball, or if there’s noise on Sunday at 11 am or in the evening after 7 pm.
