The nearby villages are gorgeous, and Versailles was an easy drive for seeing the Palace and gardens. We stayed three nights and found the house beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Christine was lovely. Thank you for a lovely visit.

We slept really well during our two-day stay. This is a peaceful bed and breakfast with lovely country-style decor, and Christine looked after us so well. Rambouillet is about 30 minutes away.

Christine and Hugues made us feel so welcome, and I especially enjoyed chatting with Christine. They’re attentive, discreet, and clearly passionate hosts. The cottage was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped. Moulin de Giboudet sits in a magnificent green, quiet setting that was perfect for recharging. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back.

Our room was very spacious, with a magnificent bathroom under the eaves. The hostess welcomed us so kindly, and even changed her room reservation to accommodate us better. Breakfast was generous and varied. The beautifully restored watermill has lovely rooms and makes for a very pretty guesthouse. Definitely a place to recommend.

Christine was helpful and accommodating, and gave us excellent advice. We felt warmly welcomed. The rooms are very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The beautifully restored, tastefully decorated building is set in a lush, peaceful spot. A guesthouse I’d happily recommend.
