The rooms have everything we needed, with free Wi-Fi and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and electric stovetop. Marguerite was very welcoming and happy to suggest ways to explore the region. Domaine de la Houzardiere is a lovely bed and breakfast with table d'hôtes, plus a comfortable self-catering cottage. It’s wonderfully quiet, with birds as the only sounds. Breakfast is served in the barn, which has a kitchen, barbecue, and griddle for preparing meals.

The room was spacious, and the bed was in impeccable condition. Old stone walls give the place plenty of charm, set in a lush, peaceful spot. Our hostess welcomed us warmly and shared a generous breakfast with delicious homemade cake. Thanks again.
