The studio was well appointed, and we had a lovely stay in this beautiful region. Serena welcomed us with flowers and vegetables, cider, and cakes. We also enjoyed the natural setting, including the forest waterfall, and the nearby zoo, which seemed respectful of the animals and cost 20 e per adult. The only issue was the noise from another couple and their children around midnight, though that wasn’t our hostess’s fault. Thanks for a great week. Melissande and Ludo

It’s our second time staying at the estate, and it still feels just as welcoming and pleasant. We feel right at home here.

We loved having our own quiet garden area, with a table, chairs and loungers, plus a large parasol if needed. The trees give the grounds plenty of shade, and there’s private parking and the option of a barbecue with everything provided. The studio is on the Fortin family's garden property, but the garden space feels separate and secluded. It’s peaceful while still being only about 15 minutes by car from Granville or Donville. Inside, it’s very comfortable and exceptionally well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Towels and tea towels were provided, and the beds were already made. Madame Fortin gave us a warm welcome. We stayed for two weeks, had a wonderful time, and would happily return. A dream place to stay, highly recommended.
