I paid in full in advance for a small group booking, but a serious medical emergency, one person in my party being diagnosed with cancer, meant we could no longer travel as planned. I called the hotel and followed up several times by email, asking if we could reschedule or get credit for the room to use later. Even after I explained what had happened, they wouldn’t change the dates of our weekday booking or offer another option. I understand that hotels have policies, but I’d hoped for some understanding or support in these circumstances. We made clear, reasonable requests and explained the situation, yet every attempt to find an amicable solution was denied. Their complete lack of flexibility left us feeling let down by the service. If customer care matters to you, be aware that the hotel was rigid even in the face of a genuine medical emergency. I’d recommend checking in advance whether they’ll help if something unforeseen happens.

I’d passed this hotel many times on the road above to Monaco and had always wanted to stay. The visit was simply fantastic, and I’ll certainly return. The room was well appointed, the welcome genuinely friendly, and the service attentive. Michael did a terrific job managing the beautiful seaside pool, and Alex looked after us at the bar. We also had a magical evening on the terrace at sunset, dining at their Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant. This is what a top hotel should be.

We were so impressed by the views and delicious food. It was a peaceful, quiet atmosphere, and the staff were super friendly. Fred was especially kind and gave us great tips on what to see and where to go nearby. Best breakfast we had in the South of France. We’ll definitely come back. Keep up the great work, the service was truly outstanding!

From the welcome and the table to the stunning view, delicious dishes, and beautifully presented plates, we had a truly delicious experience. A wonderful taste of French gastronomy, simply exceptional!
