We’ll definitely come back. It’s good value, with a comfortable bed, a private pool, and a nice breakfast. The host was lovely, and the place is close to lots of spots to visit, with canoe rentals nearby. A charming, simple stay near Bédarieux.

It’s beautiful, but a long way from anywhere. Public transport is fairly cheap.

The trail beside the river, with its rocky sections, was beautiful. We also loved the hotel’s location by the water, the big pool, and the varied breakfast. Our room was quiet, and Ms. Mireille, the hotel manager, made the stay memorable. We had a lovely time here.

The access is the tricky part: expect to drive just over 2 kilometers on a single-track road that can get narrow. Once there, it’s peaceful, and the estate is only 100 meters from the Orb River. It’s a family-run winegrowing and producing estate, now in its third generation.

We all slept really well. The bedding is excellent, and the spacious rooms have simple, rustic decor. The pool is huge and well equipped, and breakfast is generous. The owner was so friendly and helpful, even offering to wash two beach towels we’d dirtied at Salagou. The welcome was warm, and the setting is very quiet. We recommend it.
