A solid hotel with everything you need and good value for the money. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Nice little breakfast in the morning.

I used this as a base for visiting several Christmas markets around Alsace. The room had plenty of heat and was spacious, clean, and full of old-world charm. Great location for the markets.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating, though service was a bit slow. For someone who isn't local, this place gives a taste of France, with authentic dishes. The pepper beef was okay but not very flavorful. The escargot was fine too, though there wasn't much butter and herb dip for the bread. The soup of the day was a little bland and needed salt and pepper.

You'll have seven years of bad luck if you visit Saint-Hippolyte and skip this restaurant 😁. The food is just great, especially the divine foie gras. Service was great too, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend it!

A charming, family-run hotel. The red wine was served too warm. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, but they offered us a fan.
