The internet kept disconnecting and never worked properly. One of the rooms was next to something that made a lot of noise all day, maybe a generator. I wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast was horrible and very poor. In one room, the toilet leaked, the bathroom glasses were dirty, there was no hair dryer or hand towels, and there were cobwebs on the walls. My sheet had a blood stain, the sink mirror was dirty, and under the bed was full of dust and dirt. There was no security at breakfast, and a drunk woman came in shouting. Then a large woman, maybe the manager or owner, argued with a man. She seemed to have a very poor attitude toward the public.

We had a warm welcome throughout and a comfortable stay in rooms with very good soundproofing. Breakfast the next morning was good, and the nearby restaurant they recommended served very good pizza and pasta. I'd stay again.

I was stuck in the city because of severe weather, and the staff patiently answered all my questions and offered me a room. They were very friendly. The room isn't the best, but for the price it feels totally worth it, with a very good lobby, nice breakfast, and a great location next to the bus and train station. The location is super convenient, but it might be a bit noisy if you prefer quiet. I was very satisfied and would give it 4.5 stars.

Besançon train station (Gare Viotte) is right next door, along with the bus and tram lines, so it's perfect if you're not fussy about where you stay. The hotel is simple and minimalist, but the staff are friendly and effective. My bed was adequate, and the AC helped, though the west-facing room got so much afternoon sun that it heated the windows and room. I had to keep the curtains closed. I loved my stay. Merci! It was a pleasure!

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was decent for a budget stay. I was only there one night, and the location worked well. My room had no hair dryer, though, and the air conditioning didn't work, so I had to leave the window open. It was really loud outside.
