I think these people are criminals. Anyone worried about being locked out at 11 p.m. should never book this place. I had paid in advance for a four-day reservation, confirmed through booking. When I arrived, nobody was there and I had no entry code. The email was very nice, but completely left out the code. I asked the people at the neighboring budget hotel, and the man there said they get customers with the same problem every week. My understanding is that the owners confirm through booking while also renting directly on their own site without booking's commission. If they find someone through the direct site, they leave the booking customer outside, don't answer the phone, and disappear. Bad luck for them, I was a Genius level 5 customer. booking found me another place and offered 150 EUROS compensation. I'm from Besançon, and this is only the beginning.... I ARRIVE

The bedding was such a treat, and the interior was thoughtfully arranged. Everything was impeccably clean. I'd love to come back, it was all perfect.

The layout worked perfectly, and everything was spotless. The location was ideal too. I’ll be back.
