A woman with a guide dog had her reservation cancelled, even though she had never cancelled it herself. The owner first tried to charge her extra for the dog, then said it was fine after she provided proof of her disability. Just days before arrival, she received a message claiming she had cancelled. She was meant to compete and now has nowhere to stay. She’s devastated, since competing here was her dream. This B&B’s behavior is absolutely disgusting and illegal. Shame on you.

I never stayed there, and I don’t plan to. Refusing guide dogs is against the law, and they discriminate against disabled people. A definite no.

Turning away a blind woman because she has a service dog is unacceptable and illegal. She’s a para-athlete who was about to compete. I honestly hope this place shuts down.

We come back every year, and the owners are a big part of why. They’re welcoming, quick to help, and always give us useful tips for walks. The Clématite apartment works really well for our family of five: it’s spacious, clean, and practical. The chalet is near the shops and cross-country ski trails, and the view is splendid. We’ve had a very pleasant stay each time. Thanks again, Laetitia. See you soon!

The village and the scenery around it are beautiful, with plenty for a family to do: cross-country skiing, ski touring, downhill skiing in Bonneval-sur-Arc, ice climbing, hiking, and snowshoeing. We had a great time. The Clématite apartment was spacious, spotless, and well equipped, and Laetitia was incredibly helpful with our questions. The welcome was very friendly. We’ll be back!
