The staff really stood out: everyone was friendly, professional, and happy to help. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from each morning, and the hotel was in a handy spot close to what we needed. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for. We had a wonderful stay. 😊

The staff were rude, our room went without cleaning for five days, and I got food poisoning from the buffet.
