Chambres d'hôtes Villa Chantebise

The welcome was really friendly, and our room was comfortable and very nicely decorated. We stayed one night while passing through. Getting there by motorcycle was a little tricky because of the U-turn on the hairpin road. I personally find dry toilets a bit hard to get used to. We usually eat at the guest table, but that wasn’t possible that day, so we went down to Besse for dinner and found that no restaurants were open on a Tuesday evening. We would have liked to know that beforehand. Otherwise, I recommend this guest room.

Aurélie’s guesthouse gave us the relaxed, special weekend we were looking for, with amazing views from the bedroom and terrace and a slower pace of life. The welcome was warm, discreet, and attentive. We also enjoyed discovering the historical treasures of the small town of Besse. The whole region is magnificent, and we had a wonderful stay with nothing to complain about.

I slept so well before starting my week of hiking, and breakfast with the hot air balloons in view was amazing. The welcome was lovely too. The guesthouse is quiet, beautifully decorated, and has a superb view. Fantastic, I highly recommend it!

Besse-en-Chandesse is a beautiful historic town and well worth visiting. We also had a pleasant, clean room with lovely decor, and the owner was very friendly. Breakfast was generous and delicious. We highly recommend it!
