The whole house was functional and okay, but the pool needs to be warmer.

The children had private ski lessons, but on the final day their instructor left without saying goodbye, seeing us, or handing over their medals. We had to ask for the medals and pay the ESF (French Ski School) an extra €7 for each one. The staff at the residence were friendly, but not very responsive and quickly overwhelmed. After heavy snow, nobody had prepared to clear the parking lot, and guests were left to manage on their own. Getting around was a struggle too. Shuttles near Résidence Le Bois de la Reine were slow, irregular, and poorly organized. We sometimes waited up to 50 minutes because buses had no seats available. With our six-day pass including evening access, returning at night was especially difficult because there were so few shuttles and getting aboard was a hassle. The apartment was old, and the residence mini-market was closed, so we had to shop in the town center. I was extremely disappointed with our stay in Super Besse. We came four years ago and had no complaints, but this time the resort and residence fell far short of expectations, especially for the price. I absolutely wouldn't recommend them. I hope they take action and find solutions to keep customers satisfied.

The chalets are charming and the location is lovely, but the apartment was a very bad experience. We came as a family with a young disabled girl, and it was absolutely unsuitable. I've stayed in apartments elsewhere that were cheaper, better, and right by the slopes. I won't return to Super Besse. Our four-person apartment was cramped, outdated, and badly laid out. Once the sofa bed was open, the table left no room to move around. The toilet was tiny, with your head almost against the wall, and there was just one small cabinet with four hangers, no shelves or other storage. The mini-market was closed, so we had to go to the town center. That was a hassle with just one shuttle circling the area: when it finally showed up, it was full, and we waited between an hour and an hour and a half to get to or from the bus.
