The rooms were modern and nice, and the hotel was clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was simple but fine, though it was a shame the restaurant was closed because we wanted to try it. There were only baths in our room, no shower. There was also a serious mix-up with the door codes when we arrived. We were given the wrong numbers for one room and accidentally opened a room that was occupied. The person staying there called reception, which wasn’t in the building at the time. The hotel then told them which room was ours and how to open it. In the end we had codes for three rooms, while they had the code to ours, so anyone could open any door.

I’m writing this at 4:53 AM after a long trip, wide awake because this stay has been such a letdown. One star only because zero isn’t available. We booked for three, but the sofa bed had no sheets or blankets. The few blankets in the closet smelled bad and were stained. There was only half a roll of toilet paper and no extra. The room was freezing, and the double bed was just two single mattresses pushed together. The bath water looked yellow and smelled unpleasant. There was old water left in the kettle, and with the water that color we didn’t dare make tea. The floor was coming loose, everything creaked, and there was almost no sound or heat insulation. The curtains didn’t block the light. After a few hours, we were itching all over. Getting to the room was difficult, with very steep, dangerous stairs, especially for pregnant people. Two of us are pregnant, and this wasn’t mentioned in the listing at all. Even a budget hotel has better cleanliness and comfort. We left very disappointed. Avoid this place.
