The staff were friendly, and the bathroom was decent with hot water in the shower. Still, the place smelled like toilets throughout, including both rooms I had to use after changing rooms because the first one was full of bugs. The room barely had space for a queen bed, and walking to the nearest supermarket or fast food place took a long time. I never saw a kitchen. I stayed three nights to save money, but would have gone somewhere else if I could. You get what you pay for here, and I'd only suggest it for one night.

When I arrived, the room was poorly cleaned and full of bugs, like a zoo. There were no towels, so I had to ask at reception. The heat in the room was unbearable, there was no fan, and I couldn't sleep. I have nothing to say about the staff. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in.

For such a low price, it was a decent hotel and easy to recommend. The room was clean and smoke-free, though some insects flew in. In summer, closing the window made it too stuffy to sleep, but the insect problem didn't last long. It was the least expensive hotel around the Lyon region.

I was very disappointed with the service and wouldn't recommend this hotel. I stayed two nights, and the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Because of their mistake, I waited three hours in reception. The receptionist kept changing what he said and asking for more money, which felt like an attempt to scam us. The online price showed €88, but I ended up paying €127 for the two nights. I paid because they had my card details, told me to pay the remaining balance or find somewhere else, and refused to refund me.
