Hôtel Impérator

We were just there for one night on the way to a nearby campsite. The staff were friendly and helpful: they ordered a taxi, put up with our almost total lack of French, and gave us good first aid supplies after our daughter crushed her toe in the hotel room door. The rooms were okay and air conditioned, though the showers were a bit grim. My opinion of the room was probably coloured a little by the toe incident. The breakfast buffet was nice.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, and a great location. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it!

We had two rooms as part of a tour, and I wouldn't stay here again. The elevator button for the third floor is an arrow, while the lower floors have numbers. The carpet was badly stained. In one room, the closet was a short piece of unpainted particle board furniture, with water marks all over the top, and the curtain had a stain and a hole. The toilet in my room seemed to lean to the left, and the WC was so cramped I could barely fit, and I'm small. The memory foam bed was awful and hot. I woke up with bites that definitely weren't mosquitoes, possibly fleas, and I really hope not bed bugs. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the neighbor talking on the phone for hours on one side and coughing on the other. Worst hotel of the trip so far.

We found the hotel quiet, and the bed was very nice. Our room had enough space for two people and all our bags. The staff were fantastic and helped us a great deal with some of our needs. A great value hotel in central Beziers, and highly recommended when visiting Beziers!
