10/10
The breakfast was sweet, with limited variety, but it was more than enough. I didn't expect much from a two star hotel, yet my room felt quite new and modern, and the quality surprised me. It was very small, though. The staff were friendly and easygoing. For the price, I'd recommend it.

The rooms are clean, small and inexpensive, and surprisingly soundproof. The building feels safe, and you can walk to an Aldi and a McDonalds. There are a few shabby looking restaurants nearby, though I didn't try them. The neighborhood can be rough at night, with car alarms and people yelling for hours. If you get a room facing the seine, you might even see a car accident on the road below. I'd still choose this place again next time I'm in Paris.

There was a long wait at reception, and check-in took half an hour. My room had no closet, and there was street noise overnight. Breakfast didn't include meat. The coffee was good, and the place was mostly clean.

6/10
The staff are friendly, and the hotel is clean and decent for a budget stay of a couple of nights. Just keep expectations basic: the room had a bed and towels, but no tea or coffee maker and nowhere like a cupboard to put clothes or luggage. Would I stay again? Maybe not.

The staff are nice, the place is easy to find, and there's a good range of TV channels. Rooms are cleaned, though some are starting to show wear. The car park is a little small, so a large car may be a problem. The area isn't the best for walking around.
