On my way to Bilbao, I was looking for a cheap place for the night and found this one. The room was very clean, the night guy was extremely nice, and the view from my room was incredible. I found parking right in front of the beach. The location was extremely central. VERY GOOD JOB to everyone working here.

The room was basic and a little rundown, but it had great facilities, and I only needed somewhere to sleep. The location was absolutely amazing, roughly 100m from the beach, with restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were lovely and recommended places to eat, shop, swim, and party. I'd be back in a heartbeat!

The location near the beach is great, the rooms are very clean, the white linens and towels are clean, and the staff are professional and friendly. But I'd rate this as a 1-star hotel, and room 43 is not nice. It has cheap particleboard furniture and a noisy old ceiling fan with only one speed. There are wood braces in the windows supporting the building structure, and no light-blocking curtains. The toilet rocks on its base when you use it, and the electricity was out most of the day. There's no electric kettle, glasses, coffee, microwave, or mini-fridge in the room. I wouldn't stay here again.

The lift only fits two people, and that’s before luggage. The bed seemed tiny, maybe 120 cm, and there’s no AC. On the fifth floor the shower barely has any pressure. You can smell fried fish coming in through the window all the time, and the seagulls start making a racket every morning around 6. The next-door neighbour also complained about noise, apparently he hasn’t had sex since his last birthday. ;))))))
