I was travelling alone to visit friends and relatives, and had a great stay. The room was very nice after I was upgraded to privilege, with an awesome view and an excellent breakfast selection. The personnel were pleasant and very helpful. I needed some documents printed and they were patient and happy to help. I really recommend this hotel.

The location was superb, with easy access to the beach, port and shopping. We had a quiet, fresh and clean room with a sea view, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient, especially Luna. The breakfast buffet was superb and worth paying for in advance. We were very, very happy with our stay. If you see complaints about street noise, keep in mind that you can close the windows.

The location is good, but for a Mercure I expected more. It’s an OK hotel, though at this price there are probably better options.

We stayed three nights in July. The beach, restaurants and shops are all nearby, and the staff were polite and helpful. But during peak season the hotel seemed understaffed. We couldn’t get into our room until 5pm on arrival, and cleaning was late or incomplete on the other days. The TV issue was never fixed despite several requests. The maintenance guy wasn’t working that day and didn’t show up on the other days either.

The room was modern and very well maintained, and surprisingly quiet tonight despite being downtown. The hotel is very central, and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful, making the three-night stay really pleasant. Catherine was a delight, as was Esmail.
