The parking area was a real convenience for us, spacious and easy to get into, and the hotel was very welcoming to our dog. They had bowls and lovely treats ready for him. The relaxed, stylish atmosphere was nice, but what stood out most was how warmly and thoughtfully the team looked after us. Marine at reception deserves a special thank you. She called before we arrived to go over the details and check our reservation, which made us feel welcome even before the stay began. I’ve stayed in hotels around the world, including well-known luxury ones, and the service at Le Garage can match, and often surpass, many five-star hotels. The team really does seem to care about guests and the details. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks again to Marine and the whole team.

We went in November and were very happy to receive a room upgrade. The hotel is beautiful, from the interior design to the amenities, and our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and great shower facilities. Breakfast was delicious, served in a lovely setting. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, and all spoke impeccable English. We arrived in the late afternoon with food, knowing the restaurant would be closed. The staff kindly heated it and brought it to our room. It made for a memorable stay. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and hope to visit again soon.

The staff were kind and really supportive, and the hotel has a hip vibe that works well. We had a perfect stay in September, and I imagine it would be just as good in any season. Great rooms, a modern concept and bold architecture. Many rooms also have a small backyard area.

Everything is close by here, including the golf course, phare, great restaurants, Saint Charles quartier and city centre. It’s a great design hotel in one of Biarritz’s best locations, with good accommodation and friendly, efficient service.

The pool is just across the next street, so passing traffic can make it a bit noisy. Still, the hotel is great value for money, chilled out but high standard, with a superb breakfast. The city and beach are an easy walk, and there are food options close by and on site.
