Marlène looked after us so well during our two nights in her superb villa. It has been renovated beautifully and decorated with great taste. The castles and the Seven Locks are only a short drive away, so it’s easy to explore all the charm of the Puisaye region. We loved the delicious breakfasts made with typical regional products and left already hoping to come back as soon as we can. A place you shouldn’t miss!
Marlene does so much to make you feel at ease, and it really works. The house is pretty, the rooms are clean and pleasant, and the bed is very comfortable. It was completely quiet, so I slept like a baby. Breakfast was excellent, and the welcome was warm. I only stayed one night and wished I could have stayed longer. Maybe next time.
We had a wonderful stay with our six-month-old daughter. Marlène gave us a warm welcome, and the guesthouse is very well located in a beautiful region. Our room was bright and quiet, with windows on both sides, and everything felt perfectly clean and comfortable. Best wishes!
The owner gave us excellent ideas for things to do nearby, from flea markets, wineries and monuments to walks, and also recommended restaurants. The house is beautiful, charming and tastefully renovated, with clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast came with homemade jams and cakes. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely return.
We were welcomed so warmly at this house in Blénave. The "At the Edge of the Woods" room and its bathroom had lovely decorations, and the homemade jam and walnut tart were a delightful breakfast surprise before we set off again. Thanks to the owner for her infectious calm and for sharing her smiles with us and our seven-month-old baby girl :-)!
