B&B HOTEL Paris Est Bobigny Université

We had booked a room for three, but were given only two towels. There weren't any tea or coffee facilities in the room either. Staff communication could be difficult because several people had limited English, and one interaction felt unwelcoming to me. I asked for hot water for my diabetic father. Instead of helping, the receptionist closed access to the coffee machines in the restaurant area. When I asked why, she first said she'd forgotten, briefly opened it again, then shut it shortly after. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was visiting France from Austria for the first time and had hoped for a more hospitable stay. This fell short of that expectation.

That was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The bed was unbelievably small, the AC worked very badly, and there were hardly any amenities: no free water, safe, fridge, or even a room garbage bin. Two people had to share one towel.

Outside, there was constant screaming and fighting, and the neighborhood felt questionable, which made the stay uncomfortable. The lobby was dirty when I arrived, and the concierge seemed focused on her phone. I waited quite a while before getting help. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location made it easy to get around. I felt at home from the moment I arrived, largely thanks to the reception team. Lilian and Sarah were especially friendly and helpful, and always greeted me with a smile, whatever the time. It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely come back.
