The owner was so welcoming and gave us advice we really appreciated. The rooms have a lovely rustic feel and are practical, and there are cats happy to be petted, plus sheep and dogs to keep them in line. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with bakery bread and pastries, homemade jams, and the option to order eggs or other extras alongside the usual coffee, tea, milk, butter, and bread. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it. 💯

We had a peaceful stay at this B&B, with four cats, two dogs, and a French owner whose humor is very English. I can see why some guests might find him a little too present, but that wasn’t an issue for us. One suggestion: the dogs could use piano lessons.

A lovely, quiet place with a pleasant layout. The owner's a bit short on discretion.

The host has a quirky personality, and his humor can take a bit of getting used to. Beneath that, though, he’s very kind and sensitive. The rooms are clean, and where comfort is limited, the warmth makes up for it. A one-of-a-kind stay in a beautiful natural setting.

The accommodation itself was fine, but the host didn’t seem suited to this kind of work. He was hard to reach and very inflexible about our departure time. Before we arrived, we’d agreed by email on 11:30 AM or noon, but he asked us to leave at 10:00 AM. He also wasn’t especially pleasant with guests. We left disappointed.
