The beds were really comfortable, even though the rooms are small, and the welcome from the staff was excellent. Edit: The person replying to reviews is undermining the hard work of all the employees. Shame.

A nice little hotel right in central Bordeaux. Between the hotel and the river there are lots of good bars and restaurants.

The hotel is right in the centre, which makes it handy for first-time visitors. The front desk team were super friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are good for a stay of a few nights. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with lots of options.

The location is very good, but I was disappointed by the tiny bathroom and lack of amenities. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower was terrible. At 1 a.m. the fire alarm went off three times. Staff didn't seem to know the right procedures. They first refused to call the fire brigade or the manager in Paris, and the whole thing became chaotic and seriously disruptive.

The reception was friendly, and they stored our bags for free before check-in. The bed was fairly comfortable, the hotel is very central, and it wasn't expensive. But it looked very dated, run down, and almost dirty. The sheets were clean, though I've seen cleaner hostel rooms, and the bathroom was really old. Even with AC, the room stayed hot. For the price and location it was decent, but breakfast wasn't worth the cost.
