La maison de Valentine

The owner was kind and honest, and the house was beautiful and very clean. I’d highly recommend it.

Bénédicte manages the bookings and is dedicated and very quick to respond. The apartment is nicely decorated, well cared for, and fitted with new items. It’s right in the city center, at street level with direct access from outside, but it wasn’t noisy. There can be an unpleasant smell on the street in the mornings, as there are many people living on the streets in Bordeaux these days. If you need to park, allow extra time to find somewhere, since the city center car parks aren’t very safe, as other reviews mention. I’d go back to the apartment.

Step outside and you’re in the center of Bordeaux Old Town, with shops and restaurants right there. It would be hard to find a better located apartment. There’s plenty of space, the kitchen is well equipped, the facilities are good, and the place is very clean.

The owner or manager was easy to communicate with, clear and responsive. The house has plenty of charm and feels cozy, while also being clean and having all the amenities. I’d highly recommend it.
