We had such a lovely welcome, and you can tell a lot of care went into everything. For our anniversary, we added rose petals and a small bottle of champagne, which made for a wonderful surprise and an unforgettable moment together. The hostess was always available to answer questions and make sure things were right. Urban Loft is ideally located near everything, so it was easy to enjoy activities nearby. We highly recommend it for a romantic getaway. A huge thank you!

The room was freezing when we got there, even though the heating was on, and the heater made an awful noise all night. For the price, I was disappointed. The jacuzzi felt more like a spa bath.

We booked the place for the night of May 17th to 18th, 2025, and had an exceptional stay. Everything was just right, from the cleanliness and bedding to the setup. It looked exactly like the pictures. We’d gladly book again. Bravo! 👏👏👏👏👏

We’re parents of three and rarely get time to ourselves, so this little escape did us a world of good. It was a magical break in a beautiful setting, with everything arranged for couples’ well-being. I recommend it 2000%! Long live Love Loft ❤️

A quiet spot with parking off the street and a tram nearby for getting into the center of Bordeaux. Love Loft made for a surprising romantic night for two, with a jacuzzi and a hearty breakfast the next morning. Thanks!
