It’s been almost two months since I cancelled because of unforeseen circumstances, and they’re still holding my money. I was told the refund would take a week. Their email replies are very short, one sentence at a time, and come across as if they don’t care. They haven’t been helpful. This is unacceptable.

I stayed in a large room here for about a year. It was bright, spacious, and clean, and the bed was very comfortable with a really warm blanket. The kitchen could have used more room, and the vacuum cleaner wasn’t very good. I also wish there’d been a kettle in the room. The area has all the necessary shops and a tram stop nearby, though the hospital can mean noisy helicopters and ambulances at times.

I spent a year here and was very satisfied. It was new, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were kind and helpful. Since I couldn’t speak French, I appreciated that they spoke English very well. They also looked after parcels and letters during working hours, which helped a lot.

The studio has plenty of space, and the place is new and well connected. Staff have been helpful and nice. I’d like to see how easy it is to meet people here, but it’s a great point in its favor.

Just by Tram A and Pellegrin hospital, this is a great residence. The rooms are great, everything’s clean and organized, and the people are very helpful and nice. Highly, highly recommended.
