The staff were friendly and professional throughout, even while dealing with some guests ahead of us who weren’t very kind at check-in. Anaïs at reception was especially attentive and professional. The hotel itself is really nice, and the tram gets you downtown in about eight minutes. We had a wonderful stay and I’d definitely return.

A real gem in the heart of Bordeaux, and great value for money. The tram station is 100m away, with just four stops to the center. You can use the TBM app. The front desk is friendly and helpful. I had to check out at 4am, and Arona was especially friendly and professional. The room was well equipped with a stove, tableware, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the shower was good, and the bed was spacious and really comfy.

We had a pleasant stay, and our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the hotel is close to a tram stop for a quiet ride into town. The area felt remote, though, with no restaurant or café nearby. There are some good bistros two stops away.

The air conditioning was the one good thing during July’s heat. Everything else was frustrating. The first bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, and the toilet was still dirty and unflushed. There were no towels, and the broken body soap holder fell into the tub. They moved me to a cleaner second room, but water kept leaking somewhere and the bathroom stayed wet. The floor towel barely helped, so nothing really dried. I was in Bordeaux for a conference and hadn’t brought a hairdryer because I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t provide one. It’s a basic thing. Breakfast had few choices, no eggs or hot food, and wasn’t worth 11 euros. For the same price, you can stay somewhere much better. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
