La Casa de Boulbon

The roof terrace looks out over the castle, and the garden is a peaceful spot to relax. My room was beautiful and comfortable, and breakfast was simple but tasty. The host didn't speak any English, so communicating took some effort, but that's what Google Translate is for. Note to self: take French lessons! A lovely stay in a beautiful spot, highly recommended.

We stayed just one night and were met with a wonderful welcome. The place is very pretty, restored beautifully, and decorated with good taste. The view of Boulbon Castle is magnificent. Thank you again for being so kind!

Our host, Eddy, was warm and kind, and his helpful advice was much appreciated. We loved the spacious, comfortable, quiet rooms, with their charming vintage feel and very good beds. The sheltered pool and terrace have breathtaking castle views. There was one small issue with our first-floor room: in an old house like this, the soundproofing isn't perfect. Luckily, the upstairs neighbors were considerate and walked very quietly, which felt like gentlemanly hospitality. A beautifully restored village house. We'll definitely return.

The old-fashioned charm is everywhere, from the beautiful fireplace in the living and dining room to the spacious bedroom. Eddy, our host, was genuinely welcoming and friendly. Such a wonderful discovery, we can't wait to return.
