They moved us to a larger, better room on the third day, which was a nice change. We stayed around eight nights, after initially booking four. The location is good, about five minutes from the M9 metro, and the staff were very cordial. Breakfast was reasonable, fresh, and plentiful. The property does seem a bit old, though, and could perhaps use refurbishing.

The bathroom was clean, but the bedroom was small and not really clean, though there wasn't dirt; see the photo from our arrival. The hotel also felt quite dark. We could hear the neighbors through the room's poor sound insulation, and the bed creaked whenever we moved. Our night arrival started badly because the receptionist made us feel uncomfortable. We had bad vibes coming back at night for the rest of the stay. Everyone has a bad day, but the attitude felt unprofessional and disdainful.

Shelsy and Osman were especially helpful, and all the staff were warm and lovely. A fantastic, cozy hotel. Highly recommend it.

The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, though the pancakes came cold and weren't good. The room and bathroom were too small, but the staff were friendly and the Metro nearby made the location great. I was satisfied with my stay.

A traditional European hotel, with two twin beds in the double room and a small, practical bathroom. There's not much extra space. The accommodation was clean and great, and breakfast had an amazing selection. Coffee and hot chocolate were always available. A good fit for travelers who spend most of their time out experiencing the culture.
