Le Parchamp, Paris Boulogne, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Le Parchamp is in a lovely neighborhood that feels removed from the tourist rush, but it's easy to reach the city center by Métro or bus. With a stroller, I'd especially recommend the bus. Our room was roomy and modern, the bed was really comfortable, and the rooftop view was stunning. Everyone was so nice. Chaimaa at the desk was especially helpful, and we had a very good meal at the restaurant. Our waiter Kény was kind and made a great fuss of our little son. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

The breakfast team made Christmas special with personal attention, and room service was timed just right when we were having breakfast. All the staff were professional and more than willing to help with our requests. I also want to recognize the management at Le Champ, led by Mr Paul Legrand. Given what happened with Mariya And Triffon, he showed compassion and went out of his way to handle the situation with grace. His response showed real humanity and raised the standing of the brand. We'll definitely return to Paris for our next holiday.

A welcoming, professional team and a nice atmosphere made our stay at Le Parchamp a pleasure. The rooms were nice, and the area around the hotel felt very safe. Julie Bertaïna deserves a special thank you for being so kind and supportive throughout our visit. Everything was well organized, which made things easy and enjoyable. I'd gladly stay again on my next trip to Paris :)

The lack of heat made the room cold, and the heating wasn't working properly elsewhere in the hotel either. They showed us other rooms, but those weren't warm, so we were loaned a portable heater. The next day my partner had red welts across her face, on the side that had been against the pillow. Could they have been bed bug bites? We don't know, but she didn't have them when we checked in. We're Marriott Silver members and know what to expect from Marriott. This stay didn't meet those standards. We contacted Marriott afterward and were told the hotel would get back to us, but nobody did. It's making us reconsider our loyalty.
