I was there on 12 May 2023, in room 114, and yet you say I wasn't! It's the usual answer you give clients. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't know why I'm even having to justify that I was there. You're arrogant on top of it all!

The courtyard garden was gorgeous, with stone steps leading up to a sun terrace and a lovely pool. Inside, there was a sumptuous lounge and a wonderful dining room. The hotel itself was beautiful and quirky, and everyone was amazing, friendly, and helpful.

We left and found a much nicer hotel in Moulins because the owner was so rude. The room we booked as a “charm” room cost nearly €200 a night, but looked nothing like the ones on the hotel's website. It was tiny and dark, with a dirty, stained bathroom and toilet. On top of that, we were directly below the gym and heard every thud from the machines other guests used. We felt the room had been clearly misrepresented and plan to take that up with Logis. When we left, we spotted a cockroach. Like other reviewers, we found the hotel dreadful. Avoid it.

The pool area and restaurant were okay, but the staff could barely speak English. The village didn't have much to see. It felt like its best days were 20 years ago, with lots of empty or ruined buildings. Looking at the pictures, I expected a nice hotel. Ha!
