ibis Styles Bourbon Lancy

The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, the beds are top notch, and the air conditioning kept the room comfortable on hot summer nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed in nicer, more luxurious hotels, but at €90 including breakfast, this one really stands out. You can even buy the beds from Ibis. I can definitely recommend staying here.

I drove five hours to get here and found the rooms spartan, and mine wasn’t very clean. There’s no lift, lounge, or restaurant, so I’m not sure it should be called a hotel. I’m disabled, but the receptionist wouldn’t give me a ground floor room, and I had to climb two flights of stairs. There was no manager there to complain to. I’d never stay again. I also spoke with a couple from Belgium who called it a rubbish place.

It’s well away from town, and there’s no restaurant, lounge, or bar. The building has three floors and no lift. I’m disabled and asked for a ground floor room, but was refused. I had to carry my bags up two flights of stairs and got no help, even though I asked. Awful place to stay.

The staff were very kind to us, and the room was good enough for one night. Breakfast was very complete.
