A lovely, clean place with really helpful staff. It’s outside town, which worked well for us while driving around France. Definitely recommend it!

Need a place to rest? This one’s a good choice. It was clean and quiet, easy on the wallet, and there were plenty of rooms available.

This is a no-frills budget hotel outside town. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the car park is behind a very sturdy gate after 9 p.m. Breakfast was good. Our room was on the top floor and got pretty warm overnight since there’s no air-conditioning, but after a long day on the road, we still managed to sleep.

I’ve stayed in plenty of Ibis Budget hotels, and this is the one I wouldn’t recommend. It feels worn out, and the staff were much less friendly than I’m used to. The worst part was leaving a pair of earrings beside the basin. I emailed the next day and was told they hadn’t been found. They suggested the next guest might have taken them, which would mean the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. Either way, thieves or poor cleaning, that’s not what you want from a hotel. Ibis Budget Nuits-Saint-Georges was an excellent alternative.
