The woman who checked me in was lovely and professional, and I really appreciate that the hotel administration has someone like her there. I can't give five stars, though. I was trying to speak English to make a reservation and the guy hung up on me very impolitely twice. I don't understand why they hire someone to talk to hotel guests who can't speak at least a couple of languages.

The service was amazing, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. They even have a locked room where you can leave your bicycles overnight. I'll definitely come back!

The staff were the reason we'd strongly recommend Nestor Hotel. They were so kind and thoughtful, and when we had a problem during our stay, they did everything they could to sort it out quickly. We also arrived after the permitted check-in time, but the receptionist had left clear instructions so we could check in by ourselves. Our room was clean and quiet, and there was free private parking. My girlfriend and I stayed one night. Thanks, we'll definitely return!

We were very satisfied and would recommend it. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms spacious with air conditioning. We had made a booking mistake, but they helped us out without any trouble. The hotel has a Nice teddy bear theme, and parking is free.

I had a really nice time here. It's clean, and the people are very friendly. If I go to Valence again, I think I'll stay here again.
