Residence Le Ruitor

I say this with full respect for the building's owner, as I'm an owner myself, but a lot needs to improve. We were staying on underground level 3, where getting 4G was very difficult, and there was no WiFi option. It was also hard to get or rent any games, such as Scrabble, snooker, or darts. Those are reserved for people in Belmont tower, but not Ruitor tower. A very sad holiday.

The apartment has a magnificent view, and the residence is quiet and near the shops. It's well equipped, but needs a bit more maintenance: one socket was broken, the chairs wobbly, and the ventilation system partly detached from the wall.

A quiet, pleasant, family-friendly residence, well placed near the town centre and shops. You don't get the noise from restaurants and bars. The valley view is magnificent. Ski-in/ski-out access from the residence is possible via the Jardin Alpin when snow conditions allow; otherwise the Transarc lift is 150m away. There are several car parks nearby and around the building. We used the covered Villars parking, which costs a bit more but is covered. All the other parking lots are paid too, with only 4 hours free while you're getting settled. It's easy to reach the residence and unload luggage in front. The building is well maintained, with windows and a forecourt that was recently renovated. The walkways are open, and two elevators mean no waiting. There's a dedicated ski room with lockers. The swimming pool is only open in summer, but the nearby municipal pool and spa are very enjoyable.
