La Corbiere

This apartment is a great base for outings. Lezignan, with its large Intermarché supermarket, is about 10 minutes away, while Narbonne, the beach and Carcassonne take 25-40 minutes to reach. The little local shop has, unfortunately, been permanently closed since January 2023. We felt at home from the first minute, and the place is even prettier than the photos suggest. It’s clean, tidy and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen that has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and induction hob. There’s also a gas grill on the terrace. We were two parents with boys aged 13 and 15, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool, around 3x3 metres and 1.5 metres deep, was for our private use and a real bonus on hot days. The shaded seating area is cosy, a nice place to relax at home and recharge before the next outing. Gwenaëlle is lovely and had great tips for us. She wasn’t there when we arrived, but had arranged access really well with a key in the lockbox. She sent all the information by chat and was easy to reach throughout.
