I’m reviewing the ski and snowshoe rental shop, not a hotel. I had a great day on the slopes with the recent, good-quality skis and boots I rented. It gets busy around peak time, 9:30-10:00 am, so expect to queue, but the line is organized. They let you try the equipment without rushing you, and the next person only goes in when there’s room. The staff are very friendly and answer questions thoroughly. I’m surprised by some of the comments here.

We rented gear with friends, but nothing was adjusted or checked first. A friend’s skis came off on the chairlift, with at least a 3cm gap between her foot and the ski’s toe piece and no weight adjustment. My snowboard came off too because its binding was faulty. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I’ve only got good things to say about the welcome and service. Sure, it moves quickly at busy times, but that’s understandable. I’m nowhere near a pro skier and still never felt short on advice. Be friendly and they’ll be friendly back 😉 Thanks to the team for the smiles, professionalism, and warm welcome. See you soon!

I tried to swap my rental snowboard for skis and got turned away. The woman said no because she didn’t have time, and she wasn’t friendly about it either. Completely unprofessional!
