After staying in hundreds of European hotels, from 1 star to 5 star, I'd put this one among the best. The room and whole property were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet with great lighting. Wi-Fi worked well, water pressure was strong, and the shower was wonderful. The lobby is beautiful, the elevator is fast, and restaurants are within walking distance. It's centrally located near the port, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My only negative is that this hotel spoils me for places that don't offer the same level of accommodation. We'd definitely come back.

The hotel is right by the bay, and the beach is only a 2 minute walk away. We stayed one night, and it had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, and breakfast had a nice range of choices. Nothing to complain about. 👍

The port view from our room was fabulous, and breakfast was wonderful. We had a small issue with the first room but were able to switch without any trouble. The bed and pillows were good, the shower was fantastic with great water pressure, and the hotel was quiet at night. Wi-Fi was very good once connected, though getting connected initially took a bit of effort. The AC could be better. Highly recommend 😃👍

When we visited in low season, with the hotel at 25% occupancy, we expected a room upgrade without paying. Apparently that's a foreign idea here, and we had to pay for the upgrade. Service also felt lacking for an American audience. During that same stay, we were told the bar wouldn't open because the bartender had gotten too drunk the night before. The front desk person had no intention of running both the empty hotel desk and bar. When the bar is open, they seem eager to close it early. If you come into the lobby before midnight and the bar lights are still on, offering guests a nightcap seems normal to me, but that didn't happen here. The hotel seems to leave a lot of goodwill and money on the table. I've never stayed during high season, though, so maybe it's very different then.

The location made our stay especially convenient, with the beaches and restaurants very close by. Our room was average, but we were happy with the stay overall. Breakfast was good too, and I'd recommend the hotel.
