Bram’s friendly locals, delightful bars and restaurants, and the train station a short walk away made the location a real draw. You can head to Carcassonne and beyond by train, use the nearby motorway to go farther afield, or stay put and enjoy the pool and quiet town. Petra and Paul are great hosts, and Coup de Coeur is a beautifully appointed home. The bedrooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious. We’d happily recommend it for a week or a stopover, and we’ve already planned our next visit!

The rooms were charming, the beds really comfortable, and the little garden with its pool was lovely. This beautiful old house has been restored with such nice details. The best part, though, was Petra and Paul, who made our stay unforgettable. We arrived by bicycle and they greeted us with cold drinks. Later, they drove all 11 of us to a nearby restaurant and picked us up after dinner. Breakfast was perfect, with fresh fruit, cheeses, ham, a delicious homemade omelette, and different kinds of homemade jam. It was a really lovely experience. Thank you so much, Petra and Paul! The bed linen was especially lovely, super smooth. It’s a beautiful house with great hosts, right in the center of the village. We’re planning to hire the whole place for a family holiday. The railway station is a short walk away, with links to Carcassone and Toulouse. Highly recommended.

After a day cycling, having pizzas, cold beers, and water in the garden by the pool was amazing. Petra and Paul were thoughtful, lovely hosts, and their home and breakfast were both really nice. Highly recommend!

Petra and Paul made us feel like invited guests, not clients. Our room opened onto a deck overlooking the pool and gardens, and it was so peaceful. The house is in the center of Bram, with a store and restaurants nearby. The Locaboat base is close to the hotel if you want to cruise the Canal du Midi, as we did. Such a wonderful experience!
