The French breakfast was good, and the staff were lovely. We stayed from May 2 to 5, 2025, and I thought this was a fabulous little hotel. Its old, sprawling building has quirky rooms scattered throughout, which made a welcome change after so many hotels that feel much the same. I don't know if I'll ever be back in Brive, but if I am, I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a marvelous week here in August 2015, and it felt like a home away from home. Le Miel des Muses is more of a boutique hotel than a bed and breakfast, with large, lovely rooms, spacious modern bathrooms and powerful air conditioning. Everything was in brand new condition, as the place had only opened somewhat recently. Service was great, and breakfast was large and lovely. It's an easy walk to the bars and restaurants in the old city center, as well as the train station. My wife and I had a wonderful time. It’s the best place to stay in Brive!

We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Brive. The hotel is charming and superbly located in town, and the reception was very warm. We definitely recommend it!

My family stayed here and couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were fantastic and very clean, the owner was friendly and helpful, and the location was central.

It’s a lovely place in a characterful building. The only thing that let it down was the quirky Wi-Fi.
