For one night, the room was just right, with a very comfortable bed and a large enough shower with the facilities you'd expect at this price. The food in the restaurant was good, but our service was slow. We arrived before several other couples who ordered starters, mains, dessert, and coffee. Our starter and main came out fine, but dessert took a long time, then coffee took a long time too. The others came in later, finished up, paid, and left well before us. Apart from that, everything else was good.

The owner wasn't very kind and served me without a mask during the coronavirus period. The room was humble, though clean, and didn't feel worth what I paid for a village in the middle of France. I was charged 90 EUR for one person, more than the price shown on the list inside the room. Booking had a lower price, so it's better to book there. Not recommendable. You could surely sleep better and cheaper at another hotel in the area.

At 4:30 pm, despite our advance reservation, the room still hadn't been aired or cleaned when we opened it. The hotel entrance was locked when we arrived, and we had to bang on the front door. There seemed to be no quality control, and we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe in the Covid environment at the time, so we left to find another hotel.

It was decent for the price, but I won't be rushing back.
