Unisotel

Oussama and Sandrine are always professional, kind, and available, which makes me feel welcome and appreciated every time I stay. The rooms are clean, the service is great, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I come here often and it's always a real pleasure. Big thanks to them both. I'd happily come back and highly recommend the hotel.

We paid for breakfast, but by 7:00 AM there was nothing left to eat, even though it opened at 6:30. There was no juice, ham, bread, pastries, or cutlery, and trays were piled up on the tables. One person had been left to manage the trays, replenish the food, wash dishes, and handle reception for two days. I felt sorry for her. That setup really wasn't fair to her or to us, and the hotel didn't provide the service we paid for. The hotel is handy for Euro Expo. My room was small but clean. The door could use better soundproofing, though the other guests were quiet.

The breakfast is all-you-can-eat, with a good, balanced selection, including eggs and ham for protein. There are halal options too, to suit different needs. The rooms are clean, and the staff are professional, friendly, and welcoming. It's a fantastic place where you feel right at home. Highly recommended!
