Gab House

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I came to check in earlier than I was supposed to, but at 9:30 there was nobody there. The place felt completely empty and scary. I walked around looking for someone, then a woman arrived by car and was super aggressive. She was working there and told me, "I don't work at 9, what do you want?" I was shocked. I explained that I'd booked a room and asked for an early check-in, and she went off, saying, "No, it's forbidden in every hotel, check-in must be at 15 h, you'll have to wait outside until that!" I asked for a refund, but they refused. I went to another hotel because I felt threatened and scammed. If you want to experience hotel thug owners, try this awful place. Anyway, I really don't recommend it.

A nice, quiet neighborhood.

The heating didn't work, the room wasn't clean enough, and we found bugs. The smoke alarm had been removed, and electrical wires were exposed. We reported these problems to both the hotel and Booking.com. They promised a refund, but after four weeks and several follow-ups, it still hadn't arrived. With the safety features missing and wiring exposed, I don't think this place meets minimum safety standards or should be rented out. I've stayed in lots of hotels over the years, and this is easily the worst. The customer service was just as bad as the stay.
