This was truly disgusting. I saw a huge colony of rats in the hotel, something I’ve never encountered before. Anyone who cares about hygiene should stay away from this establishment. The reception staff were just as bad, so rude they shouldn’t be working in a hotel. This experience ruined my whole trip to France, and I’ll never return to France.

This place is a total scam, a fake hotel. Don’t waste your time or money here. The poor hygiene will leave you regretting it and feeling sick. 🏥

I booked two weeks from abroad, then had to cancel because I couldn’t return to France. The receptionist simply told me to get lost. As a Frenchman who has lived half my life in France, I’ve never seen such useless customer service. Worst hotel in France. Avoid at all costs. If I could give it five stars, I would.

I booked a stay at Chambre d'Hôtes Proche de Disneyland et Pas Loin de Paris through Booking.com, with check-in scheduled for 9:30 PM. The booking said check-in was available from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM, but the property was closed when the guest arrived. Calls to staff went unanswered. Someone encountered at the building texted the owner in French and was told the reservation had to be canceled because no accommodation was available. I’m requesting a full refund of the amount charged and waiting for Booking.com to respond. To avoid trouble, stay away from this place.
