There were 13 of us, and we got nice food at reasonable prices. They even tried to help us in English.

Sorry, we had the wrong location.

The staff were very attentive, and the hotel itself was pleasant. But the map showed it in Bouzies, while we were actually in Cabreret. Six kilometres makes a big difference on a multi-day hike. That location error somewhat spoiled our stay and led to extra expenses.

Nothing special about the food, and my dish arrived cold. We were served by an amateur team of waiters who were unprofessional and unfriendly, even settling scores behind the counter. I won’t go back.

We had lunch on the terrace, which had a lovely setting. The waitress was friendly and helpful, and the food was very good with generous portions.
