It's a decent, affordable place if you mainly need somewhere to sleep or want to cook for yourself. The layout is like a mini apartment, with a kitchen off the main room, a bedroom, a small toilet, and a separate bathroom with a shower. Nearby there are food shops and a supermarket, and the bus stops are just a short walk away. We used them to get to the centre of Nice and Cannes. It felt safe around there, even at night, and check-in staff spoke English, which was helpful. The beach is walkable, but check whether it's sand or pebbles first, since pebbles really hurt. There's also a nearby beach with jet-skiing, which we had a lot of fun doing and I'd recommend. There is a pool on the top floor, though it's not very big and has set closing hours. Sometimes nobody was at check-in, so we had to wait for someone to show up. The big issue was cleanliness. My friend and I woke up with bite marks every night, she in the bed and me on the sofa. We told a staff member, who said the cleaner would change the sheets and clean the room, but we kept getting bitten, so I don't know how much that helped. For the price, it's fine if you're after a budget place, but the rooms need to be cleaned and disinfected properly before guests arrive.

The train is conveniently located nearby. But there was no one at check-in from 12 to 4, and they demanded a €500 deposit when we arrived. We used the flat for self-catering and cooked there. At checkout, we left the rubbish in black bags in a pile, but they called the place a mess and didn't return our deposit. I suspect this happens to a number of guests.

We spent a week here and were very unhappy with the accommodation. The apartment wasn't clean, and the sheets were dirty, which was disgusting. There was no soap or towels, and we got only one roll of toilet paper for the whole week. Parking was difficult because the garage is awkward to access. The money issues were just as bad. We were charged twice at first and waited two weeks for the refund. We also paid a €300 deposit at check-in, and two months after our stay it still hadn't been returned. I called several times and nobody ever answered. Booking hasn't taken responsibility either. I'm now ready to start legal proceedings. The property said staff spoke English, but only the manager did. She was there for just two hours each day, around noon when most people were at the beach or out on a trip. We really don't recommend this place.

The apartments are spacious enough and have everything you need for a longer stay, and there's an on-site garage where you can park, which is a big plus. The room did have a strange fishy smell, but we had a great experience overall. I'd definitely recommend staying here, especially for a longer visit.

For the price, this was a big disappointment. We couldn't get in until exactly 5 pm, then reception handed us bedding to carry upstairs and make our own beds. When leaving, we were told to bring the folded bedding back down. The apartment had nothing at all, so bring toilet paper and everything else you'll need. The pool shuts at 7 pm, leaving little time to swim, especially with checkout by 10 am. There was also a noisy construction site right outside the balcony. We've never had an experience like this anywhere.
