This is a motel, not a hotel. There’s no reception, and the service is poor. The people working there were rude and seemed to hate children. To me, they have a very inflated idea of what qualifies as a hotel. The pillows were horrible, and the stairs felt dangerous. My partner fell, and nobody helped.

The staff were incredibly rude. They yelled at my friend and me over a problem with our booking, then charged us for one night even though we never stayed there. They don’t speak English and made no effort to understand us as non-native French speakers. Avoid this place.

There was no staff around, and reception was closed. The place looks nothing like the photos, and the parking area smells like food waste. It falls well short of a hotel. It feels like the sort of accommodation you’d find on Airbnb.

We had a lovely two-night stay in August. Everything was clean, breakfast was great, and the owners were dedicated and very pleasant. We’ll be back.
