The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it didn’t detract too much from our one-night stop before using the Eurotunnel. The room was small, clean and practical, with everything we needed for a short stay. The location was very convenient for the tunnel, and check-in was quick and straightforward. The staff member who checked us in was incredible, so welcoming, efficient and genuinely kind. She took time to chat with our children and help them feel at ease, then remembered their names the next morning while serving breakfast. That personal touch made a real difference when travelling with kids. It’s a great, convenient hotel for a short stop near the tunnel, and we’d happily stay again.

Super easy to check in, and very affordable. This is a great place to crash if you arrive late after a long drive, before or after the shuttle. The shower had great water pressure. I’ve stayed here twice in 2-3 weeks, but haven’t had time to try breakfast yet. I’ll come back if I take the shuttle again, and will make time for it for sure. Thank you!

The room and common areas were very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional throughout. Check-in was so easy and self-explanatory that arriving was stress-free. I had a smooth, comfortable and pleasant stay at B&B Hotel Calais, and would definitely return.

We got a good night’s sleep, even though the bed was very hard. The location is ideal for the ferry port, and the room has everything you need for an overnight stay. I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer visit.

It was cold and raining heavily, but the online check-in didn’t work, so we needed help over the phone from a staff member. They sorted it out quickly. The hotel was clean and quiet, in a very good location, with excellent breakfast and very nice staff. We’ll definitely return.
