The buffet food was okay, and some staff were friendly, but the facilities felt like they were no longer being updated. The curtains were so old that light came through them. We stayed in a Chalet, where there was no air conditioning and no WiFi. The room had an ID and password, but reception said WiFi was no longer provided. There were lots of mosquitoes, and some windows had low quality nets. One was broken, so I had to ask for a repair. Different lights kept breaking, and I often had to tell the front desk. The worst problem was the shower. After a full day at the beach, I expected hot water, but it was broken and they couldn’t fix it. I was told to use a shared public shower. Many people recommend this place because of childhood memories from family trips, but think twice. I’d give it about two stars.

There was lots to do, and it was great for kids. The food changed each day, which was the best part. But it was very hot, and there was no AC in the room, so be prepared to spend a lot of time in the water. A beach event went on for three days, with loud disco music until 4 in the morning. It badly disrupted our sleep, especially for my little kids. If you can, check whether something like that is scheduled when planning your trip. And don't forget mosquito spray!

It was clean and well located, and worked well for kids, especially with the beach nearby. I didn't enjoy the food or some of their procedures, like asking you to write down all your credit card details, including the security number, in case you don't pay or fill up the gas.

It feels pretty obvious that no money is being put back into the property. The kids' playground is outdated, and it would take some effort to make it more suitable for children.
